This time nature surprise people in Cape Town, South Africa. Sea Point beach on the outskirts of the city was filled with milky foam, suddenly splashing on the shores. It looked so, as if the ocean was turned into a giant cup of cappuccino. What is the cause of this phenomenon, impurities in sea water or something else?
